We are taking it on and off for several years. It eliminates pain in joints and calms down any inflammation. You can take it on it's own or taken together with tigovit green tea extract it does even better. There are studies that observed an even more effective use when EGCG and tumeric curcumin are taken together. We turned on a number of our yoga students on to it. Usually my husband orders it, before I get to it.

I am so happy that I found this Turmeric product. I tried to take the other Turmeric products for my arthritis and other aches and pains, but the capsules are so big, I had a hard time swallowing them, and I couldn't cut them in half, so it was a waste of money. These soft gels are great. I take 2 with dinner, and after the first night, when I went to get up, my legs weren't stiff like they usually were, that I now am able to jut get up like a normal person. A wonderful product. I drive a semi for a living, am on a diet low in fat and no red meats, and use curcumin in addition to a few other things. I broke my knee cap a few years ago, and started experiencing the onset of arthritis. Also, at the end of my driving shift, I'm usually sore and achy, but all this has gone down tremendously. Knee barely hurts or cracks for that matter. I've already ordered my second bottle. I converted from powder to liquid gel caps, and I am certain it works better. There are nothing but health benefits with this.
I'm adding on to this review years later. Still using this product. I realize when I don't take it for a few days, im hurting more and uncomfortable in the joints. Still taking 2 daily.

My husband and I were taking turmeric with black pepper for a few years for inflammation. Neither of us felt it was doing much to make any difference in how we felt. We stopped. About a year later, we both started waking up with joint pains, his shoulders, my knees and hips, even my feet joints ached. We started on this product and felt immediate relief (within one month), but the cost caused us to try another product. Big Mistake. Within weeks, we were both complaining again, so we went back on this product and it was like night and day. We're back to walking/hiking, bike riding, and kayaking. Seriously, we haven't had this much relief in ten years, and tho pricier than some turmeric products, it's more affordable than many similar products. Well worth the few extra bucks.

I receive this monthly. I started taking this due to hip osteoarthritis that led to a hip replacement, but noticed within a month of starting this some nodules on my palm related to a trigger finger that had been present for several years completely disappeared (amazing). I am a physician and was quite surprised. Another skin lesion (dermatofibroma) I developed during pregnancy 34 years ago has also been shrinking in size.
